The Bow is smoke free. If you require the use of cannabis due to medical reasons you must provide medical confirmation in writing and obtain consent from the Resident Manager. In addition you must purchase and use a smoke eaters filter.

As per the standard lease contract timeline - your lease contract is for 12 months. After 12 months, leases automatically become a month-to-month lease with a 60-day calendar notice required to terminate the month-to-month lease (as per the Landlord and Tenant Board laws and regulations). A notice to terminate at the end of your 12-month lease is still legally required at 60-day calendar notice prior to the end date of your 12-month lease. This legal requirement of 60-days notice due on the 1st of the month of the 60-day notice is also required for month-to-month leases.
As per the Residential Tenancies Act, all leaseholders on the lease must provide 60-day calendar written notice to vacate. If you wish to terminate before the end of your 12-month contract, you must complete an assignment of your suite.
Parking and heat are included in your monthly rent. Personal hydro and water are not included and are provided by Wyse Meter Solutions.

One parking spot is included in your monthly rent. Parking is designated based on the suite type.
A second parking spot is $100/month.
With The Bow being located downtown Kitchener, parking is very limited so there is no visitor parking.
